So, it is the end switch you are pressing for brightness changes? It was obvious you were pressing the end switch for strobes and lockout, but when you first changes brightness I had to watch it 3 times to realize you weren't pressing the slider switch inward. and I'm still not sure lol. Would've been so cool for the slider swith to be dual use.. But I'm so stoked that someone did a slider, I've been wanting that kind of switch on a lamp or an edc light for a while, it would be so much more tactile in heavy winter gloves, like most flashlights 50 years ago were slider switchs and it worked great. Hopefully this catches on and we see more sliders.

The slider only changes which LEDs/modes are activated. The button on the end near the charging port is used to change brightness (press and hold) :)

Better than Convoy H series i would say. I still have an H1 in my shopping cart for working at my car's engine but can't make up my mind.

Yeah, both are in completely different leagues. But of course you're spending more on this one :) the H1 will do you fine though if you want a better value option.

I love Convoy. But for head lamps, not a fan. WUrkkos hd50, and Sofirn hs41. Are my personal favorite head lamps.

Great head lamp. BUT, it is SO uncomfortable on me!

Don't like the weight?

@ No, I can do heavy head lamps. Just something about this one and the strap it came with. Just so uncomfortable, I never use it. But it’s definitely the highest output headlamp, with highest sustained lumens. You will find under $100. It even compares to some $2-300 head lamps.

Mir ist die Lampe leider auch zu schwer ! @@DarrenYeoYT

@@9hk38f try it with a hat on. Little bit of extra padding, especially a hat you wear comfortably anyway, can make all the difference in the world for not feeling a headlamp. For me usually a knit beanie, since 90% of our year is winter but even a ball cap works, its amazing how little the brim on a cap interferes with Headlamp beams, even flood modes. I even use lamps(not this one,I don't have one yet) with a Tilley, and a Stetson successfully.

red beam is pretty bright, wish they had a version that used 18650 with same features and maybe less output

Yeah 21700 is doable but a bit heavy for my liking.

The design of the light, strap, case looks very close to nitecore. The strap looks exactly same as the one i got with nitecore hc65 uhe. same goes for the case. Check that out, its 18650 and has peak of 2000 lm. I don't have exact figures for the battery life as i recently got it and haven't extensively tested it.
