Why do all knife reviewers spend so much time flicking their existing blades? And for that matter, why do you keep flicking the new knives? Knives are tools. Hammer reviewers don't pound the table repeatedly with the hammer they are reviewing. Act like an adult and stop repeatedly fidgeting!!!
