I have a very noob question: Suppose I selected some clips in my timeline and accidentally clicked somewhere else while selecting the next clip. Then my whole selection gets unselected, and I have to reselect them again manually. When I press the normal Ctrl + Z key, the recent action gets undone, but it won't work on selection, I guess?

Very common annoying issue! Unfortunately you can’t use the ctrl z command to undo a deselection, although sometimes I wish we could. Solid question!
