Honestly the perfect mizuno suit would be vertical taping like the 3 ST, but the extra dual layering almost all the way around like the 3 MR

Mine came in the mail. Got a medium.. took me almost an hour to put on and my knuckles are raw. Really fantastic compression, but I wish it was higher waisted. I have really massive hips though, so no one else will have this issue

Very late to this video. However, I have ordered this suit twice now, once in an XS, and a S. Neither size has fit for the life of me. Once I get it near my butt there is no budge room. I wear a 23 high-waisted TYR Venzo. Any recommendations as to what size I should get?

How much difference do you think this suit makes on a 50 and 100 compared to say a training brief?

Corr that's tough. Maybe 0.5 on a 50, some mental as well.

This is in yards, but in-season without a shave and a taper I was a 55.1 in the 100 fly. Tapered and shaved plus a GX Sonic V ST I went a 51.6. I think I could've gone faster if I had the GX Sonic III MR, which I had owned previously and liked a lot more than the V ST.
