Nope! It's actually super different since milk powders proteins have been cooked a lot.

I wonder where I can even find one to enjoy my hot chocolate with. I got a peppermint hot chocolate mix as a present and now I wanna try it with the freeze distilled milk. Edit: It was my younger sister who suggested I mix coffee creamer into my hot chocolate. Makes a world of difference.

I think it would be worth testing, but I also wouldn't say it's a waste in coffee. I've been using it all week in mine. One note: this milk is much sweeter than normal milk, so using it for a savory sauce might make the sauce too sweet as well. We won't know until we test!

Without having tried it, it does rather look like something I'd use for desserts than coffee. I always take low fat milk in my coffee, so cream actually throws me off quite a bit. But for desserts a more thick and naturally sweet milk could be useful 🤔
