Gameloft have made a real disaster in the game, the greed that the marketing team have, the abusive P2W is a very bad sign for a faster bankrupt. Note: the financial reports of the previous years since 2015 are negative represented by millions of dollars of losses. In 2020, Gameloft had lost a lot and logically failed to have enough players to pay extremely expensive for a car. Resulting to an abusive P2W, fun is decreasing, and more and more players are leaving. Of course: 100% impossible this event, and the worst ever !

For less than the price of 18,000 syndicate coins I bought Asseto corsa and Need for speed hot pursuit remastered with all the DLC included. Please people don’t not waste your time going for the LVN it is not worth your time, trouble or effort. The Chiron or any other high end S class car you have is going to much better and cheaper overall than this. DS3 has pushed me to quit the game, I was close to quitting not too long ago but this event is the final straw for me and I just don’t enjoy this game now. Sorry A9. the real paywall starts from twilight getaway VI where u have to spend 264k syndicate coins to upgrade the buggati lvn and the part which makes it even worse is there u can only get 260k sc from tokens, for those who maxed the arinnera,i8,apex for sc and did not had enough sc to upgrade the lvn are stuck like danny video games, they have to spend more than 200$ to upgrade the lvn cuz u get 120k sc for 100$ and 240k for 200$

Yeah i play on the switch and we have a terrible DS - You cant even unlock the furai for free(You get 16 free thru event and clubs and to buy the rest you need more SC than there are given before you unlock it - overall you need the furai to get SC needed to get the furai, big brain) and no buying SC with tokens.

Both DS2 switch and DS3 are super terrible. While I do think DS2 Switch is worse they're bad in slightly different ways, which makes this somewhat subjective. Firstly DS2 Switch is still impossible to finish f2p, although it's not *as* expensive as DS3. Assuming a 3* Zerouno beforehand (the most anybody is going to have it at) the cheapest way through is $100. However this route won't get the other support cars except for a 1* Furai. Additionally this requires doing HL1 and HL2 races almost the entire way through, which give minuscule sp and so requires thousands of races to finish. (Not an exaggeration.) You can pay more to unlock the other support cars and reduce the grind down to one about the same as DS3, but this ultimately doesn't net you much sc to spend on the Rimac at the end. However the f2p experience is *far* worse in DS2 Switch. In DS3 you can reasonably get the i8 and one of the Arrinera, Apex or GT3 RS (the latter car determined by your garage coming in.) All good cars and at high stars as well. In DS2 Switch you hit a "paywall" almost immediately and get nothing. Now you *can* continue in the event doing the aforementioned HL1/2 races and by the time your about halfway done you should have enough sc to 1* the Furai. From this point you can do a daily event which will give enough sc to star it up and unlock the Shelby, but that's it. I've done this obscene grind and can confidently say it wasn't worth it. Most people just got nothing.

Here on switch we're suffering with the Rimac. Doing the races you can only get about 400k SC, because they reduced the amount of SCs drastically. Iif you buy the $10 Furai pack at the start it helps out a lot... But the packs are RIDICULOUSLY prices. The Furai ones are 500 SCs, 1000SCs for GR-1 and the ones for the ZR-1 are 5000SCs. Five thousand for a single pack, not a 10 pack. FIVE. THOUSAND. FOR. A. SINGLE. PACK. No relay packs either. If this scales in the same way as in the global version... it will be twice as bad when we reach the Bugatti

Free player here, this is my first ever DS and I've spent thousands of tokens that i've spent my time farming for months to participate in this event, and I've reached the point where I have to spend around 3 bucks to advance to the next stage, no kidding...3 effing bucks plus thousands of tokens to advance, no other way, otherwise I'll stay at my current stage and not being able to continue the event, it's not that much and maybe I can use some of my pocket money but the paywall is so perceivable it's annoying

This event is the worst in Asphalt 9 history. Spending money on this event isn't worth it except of the 911 which seems like a useful mp car but only if it's maxed or 5* and you have many epics applied. The syndicate missions are hard to complete especially the GT by Citroen which you need to spend lots of money to star it up and to buy the bundles and buying more syndicate coins to max it out makes it even worse and the epics make it worse. The BMW I8 was easy to max out in the showroom event so if its 3*, you could probably max it out there. The Apex was easy to max but spending too much on the LVN doesn't make sense. There are better events which saving up your tokens and money can come into play often. Considering the prices to max and unlock all of the cars in the drive syndicate event, it's extremely P2W. Every drive syndicate event does this, spend thousands of money and syndicate coins to max out the cars required there every update. Overall it's not worth to go for the DS3, go for the Jesko event because you would have lots of tokens saved up and it's the king of the game anyways. Hopefully that makes sense. I barely finished the event btw because i was stuck at the stage 1 missions with my 2* BMW I8 Roadster.

Cuzz after completing stages the car packs that you buy with money get more expensive with less bp's out of the box. Here's the thing I only got the i8 and the Apex The stuff is that we were given half the time to complete the event . The Season stands for 60 days DS3 only for 30 days So what's with remaining days for ??? This is the other reason why I cannot complete Drive Syndicate 3

Came back to this after ds4 leaks. 4k for a car lol ridiculous. I understand GL needs to make money because gaming is a business. Reasonable to understand that a car like this might cost you 100-250 dollars but thousands of dollars of real money is beyond reasonable or logical whatsoever.

Great breakdown of the costs involved in DS3. The worst event on any game I’ve ever played . Luckily my team realized early on it was a paywall so we decided to Max i8, Arrinera, Apex and Gt3 then walk away without spending real cash. The season is also made worse by GL extending MP, stopping 3x cash bonus adverts which took daily earnings below 1 million from 1.5 million. I can’t believe GL want to alienate gamers but this cynical money grab on often young players is imo immoral. We are now seeing petitions and boycotting of events. I hope GL understand and rectify their mistakes before the game is abandoned by its many followers.

With how bad this event was, I still saw some good aspects with it - infinite ads. Sure, the ticket costs were so high, but if you were willing to, you can watch as many ads as you wanted to. The ads were limited in ds2, and that made me so annoyed and I pretty much spent all I had for refills. - a story. Something that made me so annoyed that I couldn't continue. Oh well. - all cars were good for their class so it would be ok if we didnt get the lvn. Another point is that the reason that this event is so expensive is the lvn. It costs $20m, so thinking this will be a very easy event would be extremely stupid. This is why I dont blame gl fully, but it was their choice to add it in. We wouldve been ok with, idk, a Hennessy venom, which is half the price of lvn (I think).

Instead of making the whales get everything for no skill at all, they could've made it an exclusive car as a prize of a platform-wide tournament, and give the La Voiture Noire only to the final winner, all the while honoring the original car's rarity. There shall be only one. Oh wait, they can't execute anything good. Nevermind about that concept.
