I completely understand what you mean when you say that you're not doing good but you're doing better. My brain's been kicking my ass the last couple of years. I drink considerably less now than I used to so that's some kind of progress haha. I'm still pretty fucked in the head tho. I hope you find some kind of peace soon man. Also, glad you're branching out to other things. I think it's a good idea.

The journey to inner peace is anything but peaceful but I think we both deserve to lay our heads down at the end of the day without the fear of whatever demon is haunting us.
