Great review. Very thoughtful opinions and critiques. Glad you enjoyed it, Keep up the great work! As a side note, we'd like to make a comment on 9:30. You're absolutely right about the material melting (We attempted this method at first, however it continually failed), this is not the way we actually manufacture our pads, it simply doesn't work. We use basic dye sublimation on the fabric first and then use our custom adhesive formula to attach the fabric to the Poron base. Due to the nature of this method, these are all handcrafted. This is the main reason most brands have not / will not attempt this as it is a very labor intensive. I hope this gives you a better understanding of our manufacturing process! 💛

Nice review as always but this isn’t real Poron. A dead giveaway you can tell is whether it has artwork on it. Authentic Japanese Poron cannot take the heat needed for sublimation dye printing.

Or they could of printed on the fabric before attaching it to Poron itself....
