@Laudits 1 was any law being broken 2 under what section does filming in public become unlawful 3 freedom of speech may offend but if not making threats is lawful. The trouble is just my opinion in this case the officer escalated the situation acting on feeling's emotions of others. This always leads to heightened reactions from all concerned never ends well. Although the racist remarks at the end was poor but as I said it escalated unnecessarily due to reaction before hand.

@Laudits the Betari box this means engagement of communication your action reflects my action. If your shouting at me then my reaction may become louder or more confrontational. However if you stay calm at a reasonable level then it's hard for the other parties to raise there voice.

Personally I thought the guy was being a bit choppsy with a hint of aggression. On the other hand the police officer looked to be well harassed and generally fed up with the lot. So I think it was 50/50. Keep em coming Pj❤

The man with the camera was not very PC, having said that they are in public they can record. Most officers do not really understand breach of the peace there are two land mark cases Smith v Donnelly and R v. Howell .
