I took a 4 yr old Nigerian boy with a hole in the heart to Ghana Heart Foundation at Korle-bu Teaching Hospital in 2007. The surgery was successful and the baby who's now a young man is alive in Nigeria. Kudos to Ghana Heart Foundation . Highly recommended than flying to waste money in Europe or India😅

Some years ago my mum fell very sick and we were at the cardio centre at korle bu. My mum's cousin who was a lead doctor there said he was very busy so he referred us to one of his junior doctors; a Nigerian. This guy looked at my mum's symptoms and immediately prescribed some medication for her to take while he ordered a tall order of tests to confirm his suspicions. My mother had dvt and would probably have died before the tests came out if this doctor hadn't done what he did. I'm forever grateful to God for leading us to this Nigerian dr. Our own relative was too busy to see us. Whenever I see Nigerians Insulting Ghanaians it hurts me so much but it's all good. Ghana will only get better and better

Sunny, you said it's the biggest hospital in Ghana or West Africa?Point one hospital in Nigeria that can be compared with even Okomfo Anokye hospital in Kumasi not to mention Korebu in Accra. We have Nigerian lectures in Ghana though they have to go through some trainings. One of the schools is in Kumasi, garden City University college. Go and do your own research. But in Nigeria, it's not possible for a ghanaian to work in government sector.You can't also engage in a retail business. Quote me, am in Nigeria now, my wife is a Nigerian from Ibarapa local government of oyo state.

Korlebu is one of the oldest hospitals in Ghana. Cos of the pressure on it from Ghana and outside Ghana, the Legon Hospital has been built as a referral hospital too. This will help reduce some of the pressure on KorleBu. Most difficult cases from all hospitals in all Regions of Ghana and from some West African countries are referred here.

@Sunnymedia After all these years in Ghana, why should you be surprised? Ghanaians do not hate Nigerians. You know or should know what we hate.
@franciskodua17837 ай бұрын
@@Sunnymediaso u can believe in such lies like that? You think there are no rules in mining in Ghana that someone from Nigeria would just come be mining and be the main dealers. There are companies under the governance of Ghana that has the right to mine gold, diamond , bauxite etc in the country. The minerals the country depends on. There are big big companies like : Ghana consolidated diamonds, Mpatoam Gold and mining Ltd and many more that deals in diamonds. Does it mean it's the Nigerians that discovered the mining sites? You should know that there have been citizens into it before even a will Nigerians entere. Those Nigerians are doing the small scale like there are others Ghanaians too doing small scale diamonds mining. Even the galamsy the govt is fighting against, there are Niherians that are also indulge themselves in. So that is also small scale mining. This is how someone of the Nigerians spread lies, and those with little understanding will also keep spreading the lie to make them feel they bigger than Ghana. Nigerians have the mindset that they build Ghana. Secondly, any Nigerian in Ghana as police or soldier in Ghana is in disguise as being a Ghanaian, and such person when caught, the law will deal with him.

Korlebu is one of the oldest hospital in Ghana, however it is not the best. Secondly, there are many qualified Nigerian nurses from Nigeria and elsewhere who can work in Ghana. As a matter of fact the most African qualified nurses working in some of the biggest medical institutions in America are Nigerians.
