Washington Square Mall is one of the most profitable Mall properties of Macerich nationwide. Bridgeport IS still in Tigard. Without GPS, people get lost in my neighborhood! LOL Lived here for over 30 years....IN THE SAME HOME & NEIGHBORHOOD, which is my forever home.

5:06 Back in 1976 my first grade class sang xmas carols by Sears at Washington Square when the rest areas were still sunken, which were raised during the 1990 renovation, we stood on the steps facing in. Afterwards we all celebrated with our families at the Farrell's Ice Cream Parlour restaurant, which was located close to the theater.

Alot of the homes seem rundown, lots of old cars and RVs in the driveway. Mix of old homes and big apartment complexes. After a week I decided to go back to California.
