🎯🎯🎯 Yes it's worth it! I feel like I'm finally living the life I want. I work when I want, where I want, and how much I want. Not to mention the pay. 💯 about being left out of workplace drama. That's what I hate the most about working period. I will travel so long as I can!

I’m interested in travel nursing but I’m not sure as to where I need to sign up for local or out of state contracts and does the pay rate go according to experience?
@SincerelyJasmineJ2 жыл бұрын
God question. Pay is based on the need of the facility and not experience. Prolink is a great agency. They have contracts nationwide.

What do u think is the future of travel nursing?

I think this "sector" of nursing will get bigger as more and more nurses are realizing the advantagesthat come with it. BtW, thanks for watching!

Last question..lol: Do you get taxed twice? say you're a resident of Ohio but traveling in California, or NYC will you be taxed for where you're doing the work and later in your home state?
@SincerelyJasmineJ2 жыл бұрын
That's a great question. It depends on the state you are traveling to. I have only done local contracts so I don't know the correct answer to your question. Your tax guy or girl would def know that answer so I would default to them. So sorry I can't be of more help on this one.

Do you feel like travel nurse jobs will slow gone due to COVID19 cases decreasing? I know travel nursing has always been around just wondering if you feel it’s going to continue to be plenty of jobs in the future. Great Video!
@SincerelyJasmineJ2 жыл бұрын
I know the rates will decrease for sure. I believe travel nursing will slow down a bit but more and more nurses are finding freedom in traveling. So it's hard to say how much it will slow down. I know I do not plan to be a staff nurse anytime soon. More than the money, I value the freedom of lifestyle that comes with travel nursing. BTW, thanks for watching!

@@SincerelyJasmineJ I was wondering the same, but I was wondering you know aside from COVID Hospitals/groups make most of the revenue from procedures. Do you feel that as covid becomes more managable that procedures/surgeries will increase? Im a Surg Tech and looking to start traveling.
@SincerelyJasmineJ2 жыл бұрын
@@kerryh2096 My friend is a OR nurse. Honestly she saw some major slow down in that arena due to covid. Before covid she had contract after contract. So I think it's safe to say that more elective surgeries will be an option as covid becomes more manageable. Surgical techs are priceless! Thanks for watching!

I've been traveling for about 3 yrs. Of course rates and amount of contracts will decrease but they will always be higher than they were before. In both categories. Remember lots of nurses retired and quit.
