سر آپ سے گزارش ہے کہ یوٹیوب کا یہ مسئلہ حل کروا دیں. جب ہوم پیج پر کوئی بھی ویڈیو چلتی ہے تو اس کے کیپشنز میں اردو کی بجائے ہندی لکھی ہوئی آتی ہے. یہ کافی مہینوں سے مسئلہ چل رہا ہے. اب تو باقاعدہ جب ویڈیو پلے کریں تو اس کے کیپشنز میں ہندی بائے ڈیفالٹ لکھی آتی ہے. میں اسے ذاتی طور پر سائبر/انٹرنیٹ مینیپولیشن سمجھتا ہوں. براہ کرم اس مسئلے کی طرف توجہ فرمائیں. شکریہ

💯 agree with you Sir, it's happening due to the other 95 percent. I have a lot of examples and one of them is a person who told me that i have an upwork account. I said great, and then he said i even got an invitation from client but when he demanded samples I didn't know what samples were and how to upload them? TBH, it's very painful, I am holding 7 reviews on upwork all with 5* ratings, Alhumdullillah.. but, struggling due to not getting orders. Lack of work, getting down by upwork algorithms as a Pakistani.

Very thought provoking and 100% agreed. We need to set our base standard to quality acceptable standards. Moreover, 3% are getting tired on these platforms, as its more than a time waisting. Anyway my suggestion is to comeup with quality institutes which can change then 3% to at least 30%.

I am a data and bi consultant with almost 14 years of experience. The problem is why the quality of services of Pakistani consultants is being red flagged due to the pay and salary for starters. That's why they start doing freelancing and these freshers think that jack of all is better than the master of one. I am working in a multinational company as a consultant in Pakistan. What I found is that young people like instant gratification and slowly but surely approach is an alien thought to them. People like you can help new upcoming gen Z people that quality of the product is important to clients and they will mostly not compromise on it. And for this you have to work for years to master a particular set of skills.

If the Upwork algorithm is smart enough to understand that there are a number of freelancers who might not be up to the mark from a certain country, then why block the entire country's population from using it? Also, why does it affect the freelancers who are working from Pakistan with a 'Top Rated' or 'Top Rated Plus' badge, which consists of the top 3% people who have been delivering quality over the years? Upwork algorithm should be smart enough to understand the fact that these people with the badges are not amongst the remaining 97% of the people, regardless of what country they're from.

That is true. My profile always shown to me as number 1 in searches. Whereas, in stats i see just one or 2 clicks daily and some times 0 in 2 to 3 days. I believe I have optimally healthy profile but clients just don't see it in the list an ultimately i am invisible to them!

Its not about fiverr or upwork. Fiverr takes only 20% of total project profit and freelancer take 80%. I mean israel takes 20% and Pakistan took 80%. Now who is the winner, if fiveer was not available as a third party how a freelancer could get work for his/her expertise. If you shut fiverr in pakistan, its our lose not fiverr. Be self sufficient first then this comment will be valid.

Bhai I dont agree with you and I can talk to you based on evidence. Upwork is not making money from client only now. Upwork is already making $500-$200 when a job is posted either the person is going to hire or not. Initially to make that revenue from client, the client must have a spending of $500-$2000 and the situation is totally different. Either client spend money on the platform or not, Upwork is making money.
