I have it at level 100 and she is good but it has problems that work very against it 1- Much of its benefits such as damage reduction and status effect nullification are only activated if you have tota music on the map 2- She only has Knockback in one of her skills and not in the basic attacks, also the knockback since Roger, Klaw or the G5 arrived is very important 3- Does more damage if the enemies are in sing sing but now several characters nullify status effects But even so, she is the defender that has given me the best results.

She is decent. Only problem is nullify status effects units. So many this season like cracker, sanji, wb, eg zoro. Or even units that have dodge shield like S Hawk or S Snake. Not to mention defender destroyer ROGER V2 (.l.). It's sad. I bought the (what do you call it, where you can exchange bf units instead of step up) and got both red and blue uta long ago and now they just sitting in my acc 😢.

I just lvl 80 her she is good but it would be better if she had knockback in her third normal when in tot musical state

I'm also a blue Uta main, the issue is that she has a lot of counters rn (G5, Film red Shanks, Roger is an issue, Sanji and so on and on, people with fixed damage hurt her and also defense ignore skills) and she relies heavily on status effects but as long as you activate tot musica you can survive a good chunk of the match, sometimes if you get games without her counters she doesn't die at all, but she's currently in an unfavorable meta and any counter S-Snake gets will be bad for blue Uta because both of this units rely heavily on their status effect but I wouldn't say she sucks, but you have to be careful playing her I think her tot musica needs a buff and also she has a glitch sometimes she's supposed to be immune to status effects as long as tot musica is out but sometimes I still get shocked by Luffy or stunned by Roger even though she's immune😫 but she's still reliable as a defender despite the counters and she can help a teammate from far away with her sing sing skill

I'm the blue uta main .... And yeah she's kinda useless but. , she can easily tank anyone except G5 , shanks , roger .... And she can easily kill any Red unit like its piece of cake she's actually pretty good against WB too , against Oden its a 50-50 cuz both can clap both
