I think vandal is going to receive a buff again at some point the slam needs to be more consistent and the passive either needs a 5% increase or increase of the range of the passive since u need to be so close which isnt always the best

look at remaining player count, if it goes down when you finish them off then they are eliminated, if not they respawn :)

How do you know if the player you kill have an extra life or no?

Look at the player count after they die

If the player count drops after you kill them then they can't come back :)
