Is Vector Marketing Lying About Paying Hourly?

I never received my hourly pay and never received any response after receiving my first paycheck I was basically dropped and ignored by my hiring manager very toxic environment as well, anyways only sold to my mom she had to throw some of the knives out a 2 years later do to the handle disconnecting from the knife itself.

Correct, we don't pay per hour - the goal is to earn commission but we actually have a base pay per APPOINTMENT safety net as well.
