After having checked out a few famous Buddhist spots in Nepal, it was time to explore a famous Hindu Temple, one of Nepal's oldest temples: A secluded Vishnu Temple built in the 3rd century AD. It required us to face a tough hike where we had to endure the wrath of the elements before we finally made it to the beautiful temple, nestled in Kathmandu Valley. Throughout the hike I was pondering some thoughts about a possible suppression of Vishnu's influence in modern day India.
