Walace Sititi much respect & appreciation. Walace certainly is having a great rugby season since he's come onto the rugby scene. He's certainly has star status & he's been the most consistent AB thus far. He's playing out of his skin & his skill, power & pace is a factor in his playing style. Keep it up

Sititi is a standout player but I wouldn't be putting him forward as a great yet. Let him grow into his role and just appreciate he's on our team. Accolades don't win games.

The apple didn't fall too far from the tree when it comes to Wallace because his Dad Semo was an amazing player for Manu Samoa back in the day. Wallace has a bit of Michael Jones in him, great worker, great ball carrier, link play, rugby nous and excellent handling skills but to be that complete backrower he needs a bit of Jerry Collins, Jerome Kaino defensive mongrel. He has all the attributes to be a long term All Black. The All Blacks selectors were right in picking Wallace ahead of Hoskins Sotutu, Hoskins is a deadly attacking player but he's a lazy defender and behind the scenes he has a real immature attitude and his social media posts reflect that.

With all their mistakes the ABs still won be it by an English missed kick. It’s going to be interesting who comes in for Cody Taylor and BB . They kicked all their goals that was great and they kept going all game. ABs xv game was exciting watching players playing teams that they don’t normally play is also exciting, while they won quite well Munster did not back down great for building new players confidence

Rewatched the game and I encourage everyone to do the same often. First viewing was TOTALLY different to my second. Things I noticed: - Will Jordan actually struggled a bit. Dropped the highball that ALMOST resulted in a try. Missed coverages a lot. Threw a forward pass offload in 22. These are crucial mistakes especially for a 15. - Caleb surprisingly had a decent game. Made great tackles. Great runs. Great in breakdown security. They need to use his wing way more v Ireland. And obviously his knack for silly penalties needs to go! - Ardie needs adjustments to his role. Way too unstructured and he looks lost out there almost. It’s not “freeing up Sititi” either because he’s simply just a less effective Sititi right now.

Discipline is the only thing that kills teams and unfortunately its what killing the All Blacks time after time. Its restricting them from playing classic footy. Hoping they will get the discipline sorted.

ABs are better balanced with Finau @6, Sititi @8, Ardie @7, Cane @20 with Lakai as the future #7.

@@chewmatischew6038 yes, Shannon is perfect as we need that big bully at 6 ( Finau is good too just needs to bring the beast). Ardie has speed but undersized as he lacks big boy physicality, but Sititi is a starter.

That's why that whole panel played in losing super Rugby teams . They haven't experienced the Canterbury's mindset of how to be successful, far different to other franchises, in terms of structure on and off the field . Ex All Black coach Wayne Smith is the same too. Reason why he is the SOS for NZ coaches. It's a point of difference that this team is trying to adapt to. That's not saying they are almost there. It's the smallest things .

He is Samoan not new Zealander, qualifies on residency grounds same as the foreign born players in Irish team that new Zealanders complain about

Recruiting fully fledged professional rugby players from Super Rugby sides & NZ Maori is a bit different to young Pacific Islanders moving to NZ but ok.

Satiti was born in Samoa but spent little time there growing up. His Dad was a professional rugby player so he spent his first 5 years in Scotland, then lived in Japan till he moved to NZ . Wallace attended De la Salle College a rugby school in Auckland and was captain of the First XV and deputy head boy. Consequently his club is Marist Auckland . He really is a product of De la Salle like Sacred Heart and St Pats NZ Catholic rugby schools that have produced many outstanding All Blacks.

No denying it, that game was tuff, but there are more positives than negatives, its a young side, they've been improving progressively every game, we have potentially new stars rising to the top, might be a bit early to say, but if the AB's can nail down their defensive patterns, stop giving away easy penalties, the worlds an oyster begging to be eaten.

Giving too many penalties away especially tackling off the ball.
@PB225596 сағат бұрын
These pundits are acting like NZ knew how to close out the game. In reality, it was England who threw it away. Ford missed the penalty that wouldve won Eng the game and then had another shot with a drop goal that he messed up as well. NZ had to rely on England messing up to get that win. NZ will have tougher challenges against Ireland and France. They'll be tight games but I could see them losing both.

We are not better if we keep doing same mistakes to let them win. England didnt execute us and it was there game to win, All Blacks sort these niggles and build pressure they will be clinical and legendary.
