Is Warlord Still Good Against Sweats?

Warlords and Necromancer is my least played Demon, both extremely good for mid and late game but against Sweaty pc players how will it fair out? Warlord has always been good on book stage.. let's see.

Yeah... lose the entire game to just monkey brain attack the immovable object enough times to win. You really showed the glaring flaw of how underwhelming the last objective is. It's okay if you failed all the other objectives. Just spam two buttons on an immovable object and somehow you win instead. Absolutely anti climatic and boring. No skill required, just spam possessions and hit the book to win. Hope the hunter doesn't have a strong gun or you face three warriors that whale on your and kill you instantly, or at the very least murder your balance bar in the first few seconds so you can't attack the book. In those cases, congratulations you lost already because they have better dps then you.

The problem with the Infernal Energy and I’ve seen this a lot of people’s demon gameplay is that you all need to play smart not hard. Like no one ever uses proximity portals and that’s the best thing on the game. For example at 4:32 you could’ve placed a proximity right in front of that map piece and by the time they get there you will have full energy to posses an unit and have AIs assisting you. Even though they could destroy you, you could still have decent amount left. But if you just place a portal then posses right away you will never have energy, ever. Specially if you go against a good David or Hash they will be draining you in those early games.

I played a game on the Kandar map the other day with the first map piece being in castle walls. I remembered you pointing out one of the spots the map piece could be being in the very corner of the castle, so I looked there and found it. I just wanted to thank you for saving my team a solid 5 minutes cause there's no way I wouldve looked there lol

Insane endgame! More satisfying is to end like this vs a sweaty team of rushers. I also think Warlord is struggling more than usually in this post patch, but Hey.. they said they buffed demons! lol

I think the secret to Warlord is a point in Hemophobia. The blood spray fear thing should work on people with guns if they get hit with a melee attack ie you run at a Kelly and a Mia hits you with a melee weapon you'll spray the Kelly. Additionally if they objective rush they may run out of ammo at book and melee the elite, which will let you possess at book

The book is now invulnerable during its animation segment. It was patched in the last update. So you can't hit it until it's finished summoning in

That's my problem playing warlord. I spend most of the time looking for orbs. Which gives survivors time to do things. Great content man.

Warlord is my Main now that Puppeteer is baby difficulty to win. Infernal energy is the name of the game, I always update Traps, IE, Basics, IE, Basics, Possession, Traps, and then vary from there. Anything to keep that energy up, you can minimize the time spent orb grabbing by a ton. It's worth surrendering the first or even the second point so long as you can harass them with a surplus of IE at the last point or Dagger/Pages provided you catch them en route.

I think other demons are just more efficient at saving energy, pupeteer has power posses allowing free possessions and loses energy very slowly cuz they get possession upgrades earlier. Plaguebringer has a shit of of infernal energy and 3.5 energy per second is nothing to scoff at, also the fact that they gain infernal energy on hits makes it efficient. Necromancer has a hard time same as warlord when it comes to efficiency but the falutist allows more bang for your buck since the damage you get from possesing units usually is worth for their high cost. Warlord is just weird cuz it just feels like they don't have a niche, i feel like as a "warlord" they should be able to spam units but idk to me their puke is the most interesting thing.

Noticed that with warlord and necro is that it feels like you’re out of infernal energy the moment you jump into something. Maybe I’m wrong but necro energy has been reduced to 270 base.. I think it use to be 300. Still a solid demon but possession gameplay is just painful now.

I heard when you’re level 5 it cost more to summon basics as necro. Might be the same for warlord

In the most recent patch they changed it so that the book can only be damaged once the timer starts ticking down that's why you were doing no damage to the book it's not bugged

But Henrietta always been my favourite character. Based on your video, should we keep that warlord elites build or go back to maximizing Henrietta (gas, etc)?

Idk about putting points into balance bar hp because of how warlord's ability works, since when you make a big play, you want as many units as you can place down, and amplify their hp and remove balance bar damage, so I would take those points out and point at least 1 point each into portal cost reduction too. 10% for all units like boss,basic, and elites really helps for a huge surprise attack

I think warlord is. I had to restart my account and everyrhing. and I've been slapping with warlord at level 1. I've got her up to level 4 now and still haven't lost, even beat a cheating scotty who was duping shemps and amulets, had infinite stamina for sprinting and dodging, and could shoot through walls with a handgun...granted I just threw him into the approaching storm but fuck em, I'm claiming skill on that kill lol

Damage Cap of 250 for survivors Demons get 250 basics, Elites 500, and Bosses 1000 dmg cap Non-hunter Survivors get 2 dodges maximum while hunters get 3, if they take any dmg, shoot, or melee attack that stops stamina regen for 3 seconds The demons units should still be able to catch up to survivors even when they dodge 11:17 is the start to a perfect example of what demon units should have even when a survivor dodges. As it is right now its 2 dodges and the demon has to stop attacking just to catch up while survivors stamina already regens back up.

Do you know when they plan on fixing the game on ps4: the game crashes and I get kicked out randomly during games ever since the update it's extremely frustrating. Half of games I get an error code and it just crashes.

I've played demon probably about 30 hours all four of them are 45 I'm not great and that's fine I don't have to be but I ran into a warlord named ed gatley on PC last night ,he was spawning 5 basics or more out of one portal at least a dozen different times. How do you do that ? Was he cheating? am I just a demon shitter can you tell me please thank you.

I don‘t think demonic charge has been nerfed i pretty much always hit at least 1 or 2 but with a controller it’s definitely much harder to land them

you posses them, dodge to waste their stam and drop them in there which will damage then but also have the dark ones targetting them and will most likely get a hit off seeing how they have no stam, if there's no traps around its something i like to do

Warlord has been nerfed so consistently since release it just feels bad to play now. If they had another warrior you would have lost. You get 1 maybe 2 attacks with an Elite then stunned or dead on book. Everywhere else all of the Basic and Elite attacks are so telegraphed any good survivors will dodge them all day. Even fully tanky Henrietta can't survive more than a few seconds. Feels bad man. But gg on these clickers.
