Hannah, I totally understand why you purchase prepared food for yourself. Cooking for one is not a joy all the time, your probably saving money on groceries as buying all the ingredients would be more expensive and wasteful. I was really impressed by the quality/flavour of the prepared foods in the supermarkets in the UK. 🇨🇦❤️

I'm American but live in the UK. Prices back home have simply just gone way out of control. A decade ago there was very little between the US and UK in terms of grocery prices. I recently went over to see family/friends in California and I was stunned at just how stupid the price of everything has got!

Super fun vlog as always Hannah. Thank you😊. Compared to prices in Germany those big lumps of cheese were cheap..as were other stuff in the farmers market. Hannah I like the new written comments but I had to rewind every time you put the white text on the vlog because it wasnt up long enough to read. So true! There are no healthy juices.. juice is pure sugar and shoots your blood glucose and insulin up...but they are delicious 😊.

That was not a bad haul with regards to cost because it looked like good quality food. I don't mind spending a bit extra for the quality. I don't have kids so I think obviously the bigger the family the bigger the cost. The meat section looked so yummy and the cheese omg I could move in there, it looks delicious. If you compare certain foods obviously WF would be pricey to some people, its not targeted at the Lidl/Aldi customer. One thing that has increased all over is vegan/vegetarian foods, which some looks delicious but studies show its not always healthy and ultra processed. Great video as usual Hannah!

Whole Foods is expensive for a reason and I don’t ever hear it mentioned when talking about their prices. The standards for ingredients in products they sell is very strict, they have hundreds of banned ingredients. They source more sustainable meat, seafood, and produce. There is a bigger focus on local products/companies and sometimes they actually invest in those companies. They have a lot of elevated options but their 365 brand isn’t much more expensive if at all. It’s probably not as big of a deal in the UK but I honestly feel a lot better about the food I buy at Whole Foods than at a regular store. The price is worth the peace of mind in my opinion.

I saw your issue with the GoPro on the bike. Here's an inexpensive solution. Get a round cabinet knob with a large base and the bolt long enough to span the width of the square plate on the bike. Add a washer to the bolt. The washer needs to be large enough to allow the knob and washer to tighten on the plate when the bolt is tightened. Sorry, I can't post a photo. Attach the GoPRo adapter onto the knob. I know this gets more elaborate, but if you cut the head off of the bold and attach a wingnut, it will eliminate the issue of carrying a screw driver with you. It's simplistic and small, and until they come out with a $100 one, it should work. Keep up the good work. Your videos are entertaining, especially the snark :) Cheers from Canada.

Anyway, thank you. I would have loved to take you for a drink - but I’ll settle for leaving you a gift card next time I’m in London, because there will be a next time. You just let me know the place, and I’m happy to leave you a treat. Anyway, just want to give you a heads up about goats cheese in ash - it is flippin delicious! About mexican food, the "complete" mexican cousine experience is tortillas or chips made with pale yellow corn of big seeds (not the sweet one) or blue corn, although wheat made ones are also used in northern parts of the country, so I used fajitas kit from "El Paso" and that was enough for me (tbh I was more enthusiastic of thai or italian food). Chipotle cans are exactly the same! Thanks for the tour!
