Teamwork is one of the aspects that makes play Valo. However, there are many people who mute their comms and think they can win of their individual skill only, which is even harder at the high level. Worse that that, there are times where people told me to "shut up, and play the game"

Sometimes I feel like Riot has gamified ranked to pad their numbers for investors *slips on the tinfoil hat* Some games I dominate, other games I can't hit a head shot. I've gone back and verified head shots that don't register while my ping is normal (30ish for me) as well as latency and fps. so idk.. its all rigged, riot hates us, that's why they sell skin packs at cocaine prices and refuse to implement a replay system.
