Milk is 94% two things: Curds (Casein and Fat) and Whey (Water, Lactose and Proteins). Yoohoo uses those two ingredients Look on the ingredients. It's mostly Whey (without the lactose) and the water from that and Corn Syrup which is combined with the Cocoa. You're basically drinking Milk where the only part of the curds you get is some of the Casein and none of the milkfat. It's Chocolate syrup and skim milk. Of which, milk is mostly water, like Yoohoo.

It's Water, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Whey (From Milk), Contains Less Than 2% Of Cocoa (Alkali Process), Nonfat Dry Milk, Natural And Artificial Flavors, Sodium Caseinate (From Milk), Corn Syrup Solids, Calcium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Palm Oil, Guar Gum, Xanthan Gum, Mono-And Diglycerides, Salt, Spice, Soy Lecithin, Sucralose, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitamin A Palmitate, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3). It does contain dairy, needs to be refrigerated after unsealed. And unlike some have said, doesn't have coconut water, or coffee creamer in it. Lots of people in the replies are making up ingredients in it, so there's the real ones. Essentially yes it is cocoa and water. But also contains whey and nonfat dry milk, a long with milk protein, vitamins, and natural and artificial flavoring.
