i covered the 'webcam' on my macbook over with a piece of tape.. and no word of a lie, a couple days later (and i did no google searches etc on the subject) a set of stories appeared in the 'Technology' section of Google News warning users NOT to cover over the webcam on macbooks as it 'could harm your device'. Kinda like scaring you into uncovering it! Coincidence? Hmmm.. not sure
