My personal recommendation is to get your dermatologist to prescribe a compound tretinoin (not retin-a). It’s compounded with a calming cream and works wonderfully so you don’t get that red, dry irritation. Mine is a “tretinoin (versabase) 0.1% cream.” Costs me $55 every 90 days so not expensive IMO. Also, to help with any irritation or dryness around eyes apply your eye cream BEFORE you apply your tret.

I'm 59 been using Granactive retinol, was working great. I've used Tret once a month. 5% the middle one. Now i need to do tret a bit more often. Working well, i stick with middle one. For now. Your cats 🐈 😻 beautiful ❤ 😍 💕 🐈🐾🐾xxxx

My skin is going thru a crisis. I have been battling perioral dermatitis. I have been on antibiotics for 4 months, and every time I go off of them, it comes right back. I have dry mature skin, so I need LOTS of hydration, or my skin gets dry and itchy, but I can't use ANYTHING that is very hydrating, without it making my skin worse! I can't use any actives, and I have to use basic basic skincare. But its not ending and its driving me crazy!

I'm in my wiser years and have been using tretinoin on my face for years. I've tried tretinoin on my neck but it is too irritating even with a moisturizer first. Now I'm trying an OTC retinol over moisturizer on my neck once or twice a week. The retinol irritates my neck, too.

Elle, I am 43 years old and i went o my dermatologist who told me I don't need a retinol. I have been using some form of retinol for years. Mind you the dermatologist is half my age and her skin is flawless. But my skin isn't responding to retinol like it used to. My adult acne from my PCOS is reoccurring monthly and i am fed up with it. I am going to look into this Tretinoin thru The Agency that you mentioned in the video. Thank you.

I’m 44 with very sensitive skin, allergic to retinyl palmitate and ethylhexyl palmitate (burns my skin and causes my face to swell). So far I have not had any luck finding a retinol that doesn’t constantly break me out. Would Maylove or Osmosis retinol possibly provide better results? At this point I’m almost scared to try another one, but I need to up my anti-aging game.
