Can still use D4, D100, D Infinity, and saying nothing about Plan C. Still a gamble to use. Also the fact that many different sites and people say it can use different items so unless you test all the possible outcomes you will never know 100% for sure what it does and doesn't do.

About the dark bum thing, you could also bring up the fact that the odds of dark bum spawning a spider (that takes 0.5 hearts) before giving you a soul heart or multiple is super low.
