I found this song a long time ago and it reminded me of a father I never had growing up, but as a child I always wanted to be on his shoulders, go to work with him and have him near, but he had other ideas unfortunately. I'm now middle aged but those memories and feelings still remain. I have recently lost my little boy after he fought a long illness with the grace and strength I've never known before. I stumbled across this song again after some years and it still speaks to me, but the words say something different now, this song reminds me of the love we share but also the sadness of not having him near. Thank you Isaac for your words, remarkable for someone so young. I love you Sacha, Dadda's always listening for you..
