I found out about asmr back in 2019, at first I thought it was cringey new age humor, but then I watched a video one day and got hooked. ASMR does help saved lives. It helped me out during a dark time back in November 2019, and I've been here since.

I see ASMR as a back-up plan for when stress or insomnia really bothers me, but the times i have played your videos for the sake of background sound to chill is absurdly high xD that's how good your content is, Isabel. With this one video, particulary, i took the time to personally enjoy it as the topics resonate with a bunch of stuff I've dealt or i am currently dealing with. I've said it a few times already, but i am glad to know about this channel, and to be able to enjoy it to the fullest.

I may be wrong, but I get the feeling that you were talking about feelings that you've had recently and perhaps still have, but you are now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak, and you are coming out of the darkness. The best advice I ever got on this topic was from Jordan Peterson: take care of yourself like you're someone you care about. It's true.
