Who am I :
My name is Isabel and I'm Dutch. My approche to ASMR video’s is combining entertaintment in a form of imagination and fantasy (almost movie like) with relaxation. All wrapped into one video for you. This way you can enjoy my videos either before you go to bed to drift off easier, or you can just take a moment of relaxation during the day to calm down and relieve stress.

That's neat how the microphones can capture the sound from the rear as if you were actually behind me! That would be awesome if you were my personal trainer. I think you would push me hard but still offer plenty of encouragement. I'm sure I could learn a lot from you in regards to improving my own work-out routine.
