I had a really dramatic dip in my mood last night. My anxiety went up and I couldn’t work out why. I was about to just go to sleep on this horrible feeling, hoping it would go away by the morning. However, I decided that I should probably work on this feeling rather than ignore it. This meditation made me feel so light. I was able to identify the issues that were making me feel anxious and see them in an approachable and manageable way. I woke up feeling so ready for the day! Thank you, Isabel x
