Her S3 resets any time an enemy or an ally dies when it is on cooldown. So you can S2 (instant turn) > S3 (kill for another turn) > S1 (kill to reset S3) and she will have S3 up on her next turn. Or if any enemy/ally dies after you S3 it will be up next turn. Really fun turn cycling assassin!
