Physics experiments go viral like crazy because they are very tempting and interesting.
But many times these experiments give a decent idea of the concepts and not the full in-depth explanation.
Now we really appreciate such initiative of explaining physics or science through experiments but we also need to understand how problems can be solved.
Because problem solving requires more knowledge and a critical approach which many times the experiment explanation fails to do.
One such experiment NMS sir picked which is related to torque.
The experiment shows that if lifting any object with a bar keeping the object at the end of the bar then the object feels too heavy.
But the weight of the object is constant.
Many times the explanation to this concept is given that torque acts on the bag which makes it heavy.
But this isn't the complete explanation.

Good Mathematical Explanation I would like to add that torque when applied to mechanical systems - is lever principle in disguise. Lever is a force multiplier. Depending on the pivot point, we can and often use it to gain mechanical advantage in a system. In automobile engineering we use this principle in gear ratios (trade speed for torque) for instance while going uphill 😊
