Dear Father, please send your counsellors of comfort and care to all your children, parents who have been bereaved, traumatised by the horrific shooting incident at the Abundant Life Christian School, in Wisconsin,Madison in the USA 🇺🇸. We send our love and prayers over the pond to all affected by this tragedy. Lord, please bring your healing and wisdom to all involved in keeping schools safe and secure worldwide. Yesterday I watched my heart working during an echocardiogram, and the beautiful image of being formed in my mother’s womb came to mind. I said out loud, “thank you, Lord, for my beating heart.” The miracle of life in God’s love has lifted me up from the pit of pain and despair many times over the years. Thank you, Marion, your uplifting scriptural message was just what I needed to hear. We all need reminding of His faithful love and care. God bless.

A particularly loving message which I hope everyone will take personally ... He really *is* with us all the time and nothing happens to any of us without His knowing about it nor His authority, and in spite of numerous hardships we all go through, we know ultimately Jesus allows us these trials because they strengthen us ... Job is a great example. I worry a lot about stuff that hasn't happened, I make up scenarios in my head and end up stressed about them before I suddenly realise the pointlessness of such a thing, I am sure I'm not the only one who does this but it is always comforting to be reminded by His love and care for us, so eloquently put to us this morning by lovely Marion. Thanks Marion for all you do.

Thank you for this word Marion. It is very personal for me right now. Could you or anyone who reads this, pray for me please? I am caring for two parents Dad 88, Mom 85, with dementia and alzheimers. I know many go through this test, but having both parents go through this has been very difficult to manage. I am truly guilty of worrying about the future of it, the situation as a whole, every avenue has been very difficult. I do know that God is faithful, and is seeing me through.
