He will be greatly honored by the Lord for all those he has humbly led to salvation. If only I had those beautiful opportunities as well. I admire his ministry.

Dr. Tour it is easy for people to say that you are a scientist and not a trained theologian or preacher so you should stay in your lane for things you do not specialize in. However I would like to take a second to recognize the flip side off that argument and appreciate how amazing it is that a Christian Scientist who, as much as he loved science and his field, realizes that there's things that superscede science in terms of importance such as getting into the scriptures, learning more about God's nature, and bringing people to salvation. Thank you so much for all you do and never letting science detract from the scriptures that you are just as passionate to share as your scientific findings.

Math is objective. The math proves to an honest person that we have infinite Creator. The Bible prophecies prove beyond all doubt that they come from an infinite God outside of time and space. The old saying is so true that you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. But for the few who will choose to love the truth, we should never give up.

Peace be with you. I know it is out of topic but I need to share it to all. Like Jesus said, his Father is the only true God, and his Father is Greater than him. He reminded many times the disciples about that. Jesus is the "only begotten Son of God" it means he is the only one, there is no one like his Son. Like the Father of Jesus there is also no one like his Father the only true God. The Father of Jesus is no beginning that is why he is the only true God. Jesus is the beginning of the creation of God, or the first born of every creature of God. Jesus is also the last, through Jesus all are created by God. That is the will of God. That is the reason why Jesus is the "only begotten Son of God" because we are not directly created by his Father, but we are all created by his Father through his only Son. This is the hard part of believers, specially the believer of Trinity God. Because they can't accept the truth that God the Father created all, start to his Son and End to his Son, and Through his Son all are created. In simple word Jesus is our true creator and our true beginning, Jesus is our true Father, because he is our true beginning, Jesus is our God because he is our Creator. But Jesus and all of us, our God is his Father. That is why Jesus teach the disciples his Father is the only true God. But that teaching of Jesus is changed by the Roman Catholic Church and other churches, in one reason. If they accept that truth there are a two God. For them that is what they see and understand but to us who know and understand the will of God, that is his wonderful works of God and to us there is one God the Father and one Lord, Jesus Christ. Paul also teach that, because even when they are alive the anti-Christ is already there in their time. How much more when all true witness of Jesus died and gone? Like Paul said: ...yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live. But not everyone possesses this knowledge. (1 Cor 8 :6-7 don't give more important the verse because the true letters of the apostles is like this, no number or charpter, Chapter and number can only cause strong delusion to every reader who don't understand the truth) Paul also gave a warning not to change the gospel of Jesus: Gal 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. Gal 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. This is the gospel of Jesus and his Father who sent him. Joh 17:3 And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent. Don't be part of anti-Christ teaching. Luk 11:35 Take heed therefore that the light which is in thee be not darkness.

If Dr. Tour is so confident that his statements on origin of life are factual, why doesn’t he publish his critiques on origin of life research in reputable peer-reviewed journals like Nature or Angewandte Chemie? It’s not like you can’t publish critiques in these journals. I read 2 critiques published in Angewandte Chemie and Nature about how a compound made by Stephen Liddle’s group may not exhibit aromaticity. Why CAN you publish critiques on those topics but not origin of life if, like Jim said, they’re both basically synthetic chemistry?
