Company is very greedy, highly overpriced all their perfumes. Asking rate is same as international designer perfumes. You are being very generous by saying 2500 is reasonable pricing. They need to slash their prices by 70 percent if they wish to compete and actually sell their products.

Absolutely true . Overpriced for typical Indian market. After all it is not niche or designer category that people will spend that much easily. I've their discovery set and sniffed them all they're great in smelling specially Above&Beyond , sunshine and me & cosmic dance. But none of them justify the pricing. I would like to say though that CRIMSON OUDH from this house is the safest OUD perfume I've ever sniffed.

Hello Arpit I have had once used a friend's Zara Gold perfume which was in a gold colour cylinder bottle and was written Zara gold in bold and I fell in love with that Musky perfume. But now the Zara gold that we get is totally different then what I smelled before. Please enlighten me if you have any clue what I am talking about.

I believe there are two versions of Zara man gold. One is called "Zara Gold" (cylinder bottle) and other one called "zara man gold" (has the usual Zara bottle design). It is possible you might be getting confused between the too

No offence but an objective analysis -- I think it's overpriced with misplaced ambition. There's a reason why western designer / niche perfumes are expensive -- for years they have established and associated themselves as luxury and niche, that takes investment of time and money. Obviously they take great expertise to perfect the notes as well and are considered irrresistable by a wide audience. If it's a Rohit Bal / Sabyasachi or a Shehnaz Hussain launching their luxury perfume that smells irresistably great, I'll be okay to see a 2-3k price for 50 ml.
