MAJOR SAFETY Issue: Start the vehicle, lock all doors from driver side , start running, Just pull the door handle from rear seat door. Door will open and you will be out of the car

Yaa I also felt that because pressing the door handle under the door locks the car which is not that safe and convenient

No actually according to price there no such major problems in car accept some engine improvements
