I feel bad about the ISAK founder. Her aunt and uncle helped her when even her own father discouraged her . But Piyush made her to throw them out of the company and bought 50%( controlling stake) on the company she built all these years. I wish she didn't accept the offer Ashneer is good for the TRP, but Piyush is the real shark , he will talk smoothly and swallow your company.

I think 50% to Piyush is all worth. First of all, the company is in beginning stage and this market is one of the most competitive ones. She'll need a shark, more than relatives. Also she can definitely pay them back with interest or any other arrangement like profit sharing for few years.

Will you give 50% of your company to an investor if you feel that you have poor businnes skills or would you prefer owning the controlling stake (51%) and taking all the inputs from the investor and going all in to impliment that ideas and strategies??

i ordered a product from rare planet, a set of 6 kulhars. one of the kulhars was broken and there was zero customer support. finally a call was picked up, and i was cut off in the middle of explaining my problem and i was told i will get a call back soon and i never did. so i had to finally keep the set of 6 with one broken piece. EXTREMELY disappointed at how beautifully they make fools out of us it's just pathetically annoying.

She came from a regressive family background where her aunt supported her not just as her biggest cheerleader but also financing everything equally. She just got one lucrative partnership offer and she forgot her actual co-founder. People who cannot value their co-founder should not be trusted. Piyush as a shark made the right choice.
