@@davisbloom2307 asides genetical issues, health and fitness is something we dont take seriously in Africa.. My dad passed few months ago in his 60's. Cardiac arrest they say, but he's never been sick for once... I believe he'd still be here if regular exercise and med checkups was a habit. These are the things they don't teach in churches and society generally.. I workout almost 5times a week, build muscles and build on breath control wich improves heart and lung function, also improve blood flow.. I believe tge country is so bad that people focus on getting "daily bread" to having time for health routines.. People even barely eat good food these days😔😔😔
