ISEC Safety Video & Animation of Propane Storage Tank Fire Accident

On January 13, 2011, the flare line ruptured and propane released from its storage tank. Propane gas found an ignition source, leading to an explosion and fire that killed one worker.
ISEC investigated about this accident and produces the safety video and animation.

I love the fact that the completely unnecessary music is louder than the voiceover. In this way I can guess 50% of what is being said. Next time you should add bluer to the video too so one could sit and guess both the voice and picture.
