Looks great! A couple of questions - can you cut a small piece out of the left and right wall Cornice to allow for the track to go wider and closer to the walls? I ask because there is still a bit of a gap on the left and right of the curtain. Also, is this safe to be hanging off the ceiling plaster board? I can't help but think if you pulled on the curtain it will break easily, or at least over time there could be cracking on cornice edges from repeated movement.

Is this style of mount recommended for double S fold curtains that may have a little more weight? Do you need to anchor into studs? thank you :)

I have the same question about the studs since i see people always try to find the studs to anchor to

With our double curtain ceiling mount double bracket it allows you to use 2 anchors per bracket. With the brackets spaced correctly this is more than enough holding strength to secure the tracks and curtains. Hope that helps, reach out anytime to me if you need any assistance. Cheers Mike :)

You cannot buy them but we supply them with our curtain tracks. Bunnings has a number of other options you could use like wall mates or hollow wall anchors.

How did you pre fit the brackets?

Hi, the brackets are spring loaded and easily clip onto the track. You do this by clipping the front of the bracket to the front of the curtain track and push down on the back - when you hear a click its firmly in position. Hope this helps.

It depends on your substructure. If it is just drywall (there is thinner and thicker drywall) not so much. But, if you are connected to Wood, Concrete, Metal, yes.
