So now the MC thinks he is better at teaching than the academy is (since he thinks he is better at selecting what they should be doing) and he thinks he should be able to decide what his boss does even though he is a servant. The MC is ego tripping. All while the author thinks these exchanges make the MC look good. No, he looks like he thinks he is smarter than everyone else.
