They started out as allies (see first triumvirate), but eventually became enemies and fought a civil war against each other, which Pompey lost. Pompey then fled to Egypt where he was killed by Ptolemy XIII, who hoped this would win him a favour with Caesar. Supposedly Caesar did not like this though and ordered Pompey to be burried honorably or something like that, so I think it wasn't sarcastic but rather a reference to that.

Bullets do not "shatter" on impact with water. Some might but most will hit and go a couple feet before momentum is lost. There are plenty of videos u can search right now to prove this. Mythbusters even shot fish in a barrel. Some bullets might "shatter" but all bullets definitely not.

arguably, the shark might have a good point. he does not believe people really die if they are killed in this world and instead are just sent back to real world. now there is no proof of this and i understand old tony sentiment but it is a strong speculation because of how butterfly effect works. if shakespears dies there, he never goes back in real life, he never becomes world wide famous and none of the four would ever be learning about shakespears in the school. that means by remembering shakespears for who he is known for in real world and not for a stranger they met who is bard in this weird world could be a solid proof shark is correct to believe dying here does not mean dying in real world
