Recruitment process should be transparent,i totally agree. Assam Govt. Should intervene and verify the entire process of appointment. And Name of COUNCIL should be notified what should be used . Clarify Public.

I personally face the same question regarding "naming of our district" while doing some formalities.... whether to say N.C hills or Dimahasao infront of the officer,bcos some have NC hills in their documents while other have Dimahasao.😅

I support the students' body but we should go to the root cause - first of all why vote this party to power - moreover the cem is arrogant and grabbing land all over the district, his motto is make money and more money and grease the palms of the state leaders - brothers besides illegal job appointment, there are other issues also, the poor students are facing much problems to go to guwahati to give entrance exam for admission to colleges and other institutions just to name a few, what about decreasing 6th schedule power and the interference of dispur in the internal matter of the council, and the corruption in the departments, partiality, nepotism, despotism of the council leaders, anyway keep up the spirit and do good - best of luck .

David vai sahi bol raha hai..Bohot complexity bargiya hai humlog ka dima haso me. ekdin tripura jaisa banega kyun ki dimasa log jada non tribal ko prefer kor ta hai.Any country dividid itself will be ruin,any state divided among itself will be doom.

Thik bola non tribal ko jada prefer korta main ne bhi observe kiya,6th schedule toh sirf tribal ke liye hai na,,kyui council Hmar,Kuki,Naga,Karbi lug ko deprived Korta? so sad!!
