When I lived here it was called Jadawel and they were 6 bedrooms villas, not split into 2 apartments. All the same furniture except for the couches.

Same here! And with a pool as well. Our villa had a large back garden with fish pond. Lived there for 8 years starting in 2007. With the driver and maid's room, 8 bathrooms altogether. "A bathroom a day"!

Hi Wadji, from “best compound” in my playlist is Eid compound and then Alreem but 2023 rumours price will rise. I just found recently Najd compound..it’s bungalow type, the compound really nice..very good price and location. I’ll recommend and probably we will consider to going there if the price here rises! Good luck
