I mean. Yhwach manipulated ichigo into killing the soul king and now he's forced to fight uryu so he was definitely going through a lot of emotions so of course he wouldn't be able to kill uryu.

@@Max-zg6ld i am not sure if he already schieved bankai with his zanpakuto amd yeah even without his bankai it was clear he was holding back a lot since he was using way more ppwer when he fought yhwach though the power difference came mainly of the different resolve ishidas resolve to kill ichigo was going strong while ichigo himself kinda hadnt any resolve to fight
