The Ishihara test is a color perception test for red-green color deficiencies, the first in a class of successful color vision tests called pseudo-isochromatic plates. It was named after its designer, Shinobu Ishihara, a professor at the University of Tokyo, who first published his tests in 1917.

97 looks like 87, and 3 like 8, I'm I colorblind? The rest were OK.

If you're getting 9's 8's and 3's mixed up, that's natural. There are people with poor vision that get those same numbers mixed up that aren't color blind. Those numbers are basically two circles on top of one another (8) with different parts cut out to form the number. Depending on how the color blind test laid out the thicker circles that are saturated will make one look more like an 8/9 or 8/3. I wouldn't worry about it.

@@WR47HOFO5IRI2 No worries. You just may be slightly red or slightly green dominant. But having that slight difference isn't going to make your life difficult unless you are some top class graphic designer where color accuracy is of utmost importance. Like the lettering in my icon... That's obviously red... If you see it as green, then you're probably in need of some color correcting glasses
