Hi! My grandmother had said, "Don't break the nests. Because swallows are fortune birds." Swallows nest only in busy areas to protect themselves from crows. In fact, busy places with many children and customers will be happy place (or happy home). I (as Japanese) think many Japanese believe this concept and love swallows even now.

The speedy birds are called Hirondelles here in France, they are everywhere here in spring, summer, autumn. When they depart for South Africa we know it's the end of nice weather. Likewise when they return (to the same nests) it's good for shorts, tee shirts & chilled rose wine.

Some places I really hope I'll be able to visit one day with my kids are Japan and the Scandinavian countries. I'm new to your channel, suggested by "The Weird Explorer" during his yak cheese candy stream, and I'm already excited to watch more of your time in beautiful Japan and to find out what other content you have on your channel😊. Also, not sure what has caused or contributed to your busted back, but I had some back issues after having four children and four epidurals (I know, not surprising to have back issues after that😅) but my orthopedic doctor said the leading cause to back problems is having weak muscles that help support your back. I found some very easy exercises that help strengthen my back and it has helped with no longer having my back go out and back pain. Just thought I would share that with you😊.
@kydeanderic3 жыл бұрын
Oh rad, glad you found us! The Weird Explorer has been with us for ages now, awesome to see his channel grow so much. Nice of him to mention us. If your back gets tweaked from a VERY SLIGHT MOVEMENT, which I had for 15 years, and it incapacitated me with great pain for days, it's amazing what the fix is: 3 simple stretches, and they are free. 1) Cat Stretch, on the floor, arch back up (hold 10 seconds), bring back down. Do 10 for 10 seconds each. 2) stay down on your knees, lean forward all the way down, stretch so far forward your head gets close to the floor, or rests on the floor, 3x30 seconds 3) Stay down, but lean forward and to the right 3x30 seconds, stretches the left side of your body then same on the other side to stretch the right side of the body. I am shocked that after15 years of back injuries with a very slight movement (including just turning on a light switch), I have not hurt my back badly in 20 years. This problem started when I turned about 30ish age. I've tweaked it just a little, and I realized I had not stretched for a month. So eventually just one or two time per week stretching is needed. Doctors sent me to a physical therapist, who told me this. I never went back, since it worked so well. Best thing that's happened to my back, ever!. Try it Eric, and others listening. Ice always helps initial serious pain, I had to wait at least 4 or 5 days with ice on my back, then another 4 days before any stretching. Good luck.
