1. don't apply lipstick on flaky lips, exfoliate first - then apply lip balm. 2. use lipliner 3. for liquid matte lipstick, don't smack lips together. Let it dry separately. 4. if applying lip gloss, put some powder first then apply lip gloss.

I used to ainway set my lipstick with powder and then apply gloss and use to wonder that applying gloss after I've powdered doesn't transfer to my teeth but applying it directly on my lipstick does, now i know why. Great tips ♥️✨
