Nah we have a lot of issues in europe. Our law enforcement fucking people up isnt one of them. Nobody expects you to pull a gun or anything so theres absolutely no pressure as long as you stay cool. And even if you do flip out they'll simply tackle you unless they're _sure_ you're a threat to them. This was due to the shipping/trade industry (many people from the more eastern regions of Europe found jobs here, so that the Dutch could specialise in other things besides food/shipbuilding 2. Due to religious freedom, that caused caused many religious people from all around Europe to flee to the Dutch Republic. After these facts, during the golden age (with all the slavery/colonization going on) there was another factor, causing many Indonesians and Suriname people to settle here. TLDR: Always was a multicultural & great city. It ranks super high in terms of safety, and liveability (you can check the rankings for that) just like the Netherlands in general. It was actually the reason why I moved from the polder to Amsterdam, love learning about new cultures and interacting with different people. I've learned so much because of that, many more chances/qualities in life now that will help when searching for a job/or in a job. Knowledge is key. Some streamer type people just have terrible influence on the youth. That's why I am happy he will probably never return. He shouldn't have even come here to begin with, like, there are borders.. just close them for idiot streamer people that are misbehaving.
