@DystopianEchoes....I would like to make a suggestion if you don't mind. Please consider changing the name of your channel and NOT use the word "Dystopian" - I am not sure if you know the meaning of that word. The meaning is "relating to or denoting an imagined state or society where there is great suffering or injustice. "the dystopian future of a society bereft of reason"." The music is exquisite. However, the meaning of the word is negative and reinforces images and emotions that I don't think that we need in our society at this time given what is going on in the USA and in the world. It is just a suggestion for you to consider. It is because of the title its suffering connotations that has caused me to not subscribe to your channel. The music, again, is exquisite. Be safe. Yes, agreed. It's too bad Rings of Power turned out to be such mediocre garbage. Had they taken inspiration from the Jackson trilogy, and had good writers, they could've achieved something outstanding. Still, we still have the books, and the trilogy, and pieces like this to transport us to Middle Earth.

I listen to this a few times during the week while at work. It helps me to focus and be here. Not to mention its Aragon's theme. I am a hardcore Tolkien fan. ​​@@Mr-tu4cj It is not true to Tolkien's lore. George R R Martin might be cool with people making "expensive fan fiction" with his story, but Tolkien wasn't. Which is why Christopher got so mad at Peter Jackson. There is SO much wrong with the Rings of Power, from its chronology, to its characters, to its handling of both fantasy and reality SPOILERS: Chronology; The story smushes like several hundred years of events into like a couple of weeks. Characters; There is no character named Halbrand, Sauron assumed the guise not of a human, but of a Valar named Annatar "Lord of Gifts" Fantasy; Durin's wife doesn't have a beard. Reality; Mt. Doom erupts right on top of two armies battling and the pyroclastic cloud pours over them and kills no one. Writing; Durin and his father fight in one half of a scene and make up in the next half without proper conflict resolution so they get over their problems "just because" These are just a few of the things I could mention but this comment is getting long as it is.

It's not even about the "woke" stuff to me. It's just bad. Really bad. Abysmal. They completely bastardize Tolkien's work. That show is absolute mediocrity. Complete lack of respect for the author and the source material. Not even the music is good. But this... this right here transports me to Middle Earth.
