I let my hair get matted ONCE and that was enough for me! But we do get a little 'lazy' and I'm glad you did this the way you did it because it was more REAL. I was pleased that you included a 'CAUTION' even though you liked the product (don't mix with other products) and I think they should PAY A SISTER! Some have not liked this product at all but all hair IS different. Appreciate that you are DEFINITELY a TYPE 4 and that you only used the ONE product. Just one question, if you never go past your scalp with the shampoo *aren't you technically LEAVING microscopic amounts of product in your hair for like... FOREVER!* Especially since you don't use Sulfate shampoos?
